I was looking for another custom automotive shop to redo the shoddy work done by HKP Customs of Bellevue, WA. After reading other reviews, I thought that I would give Brand X Customs of Everett, WA a try. I am very, very happy with this decision. What a relief to get this mess sorted! They did all of their work on time and did a great job of explaining what they did. While replacing the rear trunk spoiler with a Dinmann CF BMW F10 M5 trunk spoiler, they found a couple of scratches (albeit not scratched through to the metal) covered up by the slightly larger RW Carbon spoiler put on by HKP Customs. Since it was HKP Customs who put on the previous spoiler, there's no doubt they were responsible for scratching my car and not telling me about it. They also noted that no promoter was used on the front lip spoiler or the rear trunk spoiler, which is not what I thought I paid for from HKP Customs. Thankfully, they managed to adjust the new Dinmann spoiler to cover over the scratches, while ensuring that it was set straight and solid (i.e., with promoter). They didn't have to tell me any of this, but they did, and it was good to know that HKP Customs did what I thought they did - a poor job. Brand X didn't hide anything. They are honest and forthright. I will always bring my future business of car customization to these decent folk!

I had my 2000 Chevy Tahoe Limited lowered with all new suspension and brakes also a new AGR performance steering box. I am very happy with the stance and performance. Next, I will have the motor and transmission replaced. A GM hoped up HT283e With boost and a 4L70.
